CELORA.

ONE NICHE / ONE TERRITORY

Your market.
Our focus.

One client in an agreed niche and territory. We connect design, development and growth around a clear result — and work through to the agreed outcome.

Your niche can be next.

A restaurant, law firm, garage or transport company — the starting point is a useful offer and a team ready to work on the result. We assess any niche individually, including businesses beyond these examples.

Restaurants & cafés

Reservations, menus, local search and return visits.

Legal & consulting services

Qualified enquiries for an agreed practice area.

Auto service & ECU tuning

Bookings, service selection and a clear path to a visit.

Home & office renovation

Enquiries with floor area, scope and timing.

Transport & logistics

Quote requests with a route, load and date.

Clinics, real estate & recruiting

A clear journey from interest to a booking, viewing or introduction.

A territory with clear boundaries.

Russia is our priority: a city, region or an agreed group of locations. For Europe, the US and other markets, it can be a city, county, state or region. The boundary follows where your customers are, rather than a label on the map.

  • Auto service in one city. Office renovation in one region. Restaurant reservations in a defined local area.
  • For online businesses and bots, specify the customer segment, language and market. A worldwide bot does not automatically reserve every territory.
  • Related services and overlapping territories are discussed before accepting the project.

The right tools. One goal.

A new website is not always the first step. We can start with an existing site, a Telegram or MAX bot, search visibility, integrations or AI training. Scope is chosen around the task.

Services and deliverables ↗

What “result” means.

For a website: a launched customer journey and working enquiries. For growth: agreed indicators such as qualified leads or bookings. For a bot: an operational workflow with tested integrations and handover. Before starting, we define the acceptance criteria and how progress will be measured.

We work towards the agreed outcome. Lead volume and revenue also depend on demand, the offer, advertising budget and your sales process. We do not promise identical outcomes for every niche or unlimited work without an agreed budget.

Read: how to choose a territory and measure progress ↗

From scope to outcome.

  1. Define the field

Specify the service, audience and territory. Check for overlap with existing commitments.

  2. Define success

Agree on the baseline, metrics, budget, timing and responsibilities of your team.

  3. Build the system

Choose what is needed: a website, search pages, a bot, integrations or team training.

  4. Launch and improve

Review enquiries and user journeys, analyse data and iterate within the agreed scope.

One partner. Clear terms.

What does exclusivity cover?

During the agreed partnership term, CELORA does not take on a direct competitor within the defined niche and territory for the covered services. We record the niche, boundaries, services, term, existing commitments and renewal or exit conditions before starting.

Is my territory available?

Availability is checked individually against existing commitments. An enquiry does not reserve a territory; confirmation and agreed terms come first.

Can this be a bot or a separate project?

Yes. It can be a bot, website, SEO programme or automation project. Exclusivity applies only within the expressly agreed scope; it is not automatically added to every standard service.

Do you work outside Russia?

Yes, we consider projects in Europe, the US and other countries. Before accepting, we check the language, payment arrangements, available platforms and local requirements.
