MAX bots: a clearer channel for enquiries and service
Your company adds a MAX contact. Customers start writing, but staff still sort requests manually and collect order details across multiple messages. A bot can organise the channel around clear customer actions.

Does your business need a MAX bot?
Start with your audience. A bot may be useful when customers already contact you through MAX or you intend to direct them there from your website and other channels.
If enquiry volume is still low, test the channel first. Real questions help identify a workflow worth investing in.
- The same questions recur in conversations.
- Staff need property or order details before responding.
- Requests need to reach different team members.
- Customers need an accessible route to instructions or service information.
Example: an intercom repair request
A resident writes “The intercom is not working”. The service company needs the address, fault details and a contact method. A planned bot workflow can ask for that information and prepare an enquiry for staff. This illustrates a possible solution, not a completed CELORA project.
The bot confirms receipt of the request. It must not promise an engineer visit or repair deadline before the company confirms them. Transport needs a route, date and cargo description; office renovation needs area, proposed work and a suitable time to talk. Design the workflow around the service and how requests are handled.
Check registration before development
As of 9 October 2026, MAX guidance requires a verified organisation, sole proprietor or self-employed profile to create a bot. Availability to users depends on moderation.
The guidance currently says bot ownership cannot be transferred. Plan registration in the customer’s profile and agree on access and responsibility. Eligibility for international customers must be checked before commissioning; platform conditions may change.
Confirm profile readiness, workflow requirements, integrations and maintenance. Assign a responder and define what happens after a technical error.
Can a Telegram bot be adapted to MAX?
Business logic such as questions, enquiry categories and handling rules can inform the new workflow. Interface behaviour and technical capabilities still need a separate review. Do not assume feature compatibility.
Agree on shared business rules, then adapt the customer journey to each platform. Customers should know what to do, and staff should have a practical way to handle both channels.
What MAX bot development costs
CELORA starts from $50 or €50 for international customers, subject to platform eligibility, and from 5,000 ₽ for projects in Russia. These are separate market offers, not exchange-rate conversions.
The minimum applies to a simple agreed workflow. Multiple services, CRM connections, external databases and further automation add scope. Hosting, paid services and maintenance are discussed separately.
Timing depends on functionality and launch requirements. We agree on the estimate, third-party costs, revisions and support before starting.
Make the workflow easy to complete
Use short questions, clear buttons and a way to correct an answer. After submission, explain what happened and what comes next.
Staff need useful details and a known destination for enquiries. Review completed requests, information quality and handling time. A bot cannot fix customer service if nobody is responsible for responding.
